I am writing here hoping to get a proper reply from their dev's team :).
As of now we are using 2 instances of confluence. One for testing purposes and one production instance. We are unable to export data gathered from all the pages on production instance that use read confirmations on weekly basis, however on the test instance the .csv export works quite fine (downloadable after like 7 seconds after the request was performed). On the production instance the request fails after 30-45 seconds resulting in 504 Timeout Error. We were unable to find the root cause on since there is nothing logged nor anything in browser console related to this issue
