Unable to install trial licence for Zephyr for Jira

We are using Zephyr for Jira at the moment as a trial version (making sure it is what we need), however my licence is due to expire on the 31/01/2014 (tomorrow). I have generated a new licence key, however when installing and trying to save the key I am presented with an error to advice:

The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

We desperately need to get this sorted as midway through a project; with the current licence expiring tomorrow we will lose all our current test scripts........any ideas?!?!!

We've been using Zephyr for Jira for a few months now without any issues, being able to add the new licence key when needed....However, this comes as we seem to be also experiencing other issues with Jira at the moment ~ Unable to start/ end a sprint, unable to add sprint dates, unable to remove the default user groups from a project, unable to add a group to a project permission....

Seems to be fine raising calls etc, just some strange issues suddenly appearing!

Hey both,

Thanks for coming back to me... So after much investigation and help from the guys at Atlassian, this turned out to be an issue with the proxy of all things.

If I bypassed the proxy by going directly via the IP/ Port I am able to install the licence fine, along with being able to carry out all project admin tasks that were unable to be done.

This is being investigated internally to understand what has caused this issue.

Hi Chris,

Can you try to submit the license one more time and check in the application logs for any possible errors or stacktraces? Also, what version of UPM are you running?
