Unable to install CCC Last Comment plugin

Getting following message below. Upload plugin option site asks for URL, while install procedure at https://my.atlassian.com/addon/success?type=try&addOnKey=com.capitalcityconsultants.jira.plugins.customfields.ccc-lastcomment&addOnName=CCC+Last+Comment&addOnSen=L4081675&licenseId=4081675&parentName=JIRA&referrer=pac&callback=&licensefieldname=

provide a file to download. Tried to copy link to URL and get message:
