Unable to find xray specific screens and custom fields while creating a Xray Issue

Hi All, 

We have recently installed Xray. We are unable to see the xray specific screens and fields for xray test case, test plan or test execution. If I create a test plan, the screen layout is same as a story or a bug. The health checkup is showing all checks has passed. Please help!
