Unable to find allocations via Tempo API

Hi,

I am using tempo planner api to get details of some allocations. However for some weird reasons I am unable to see allocations for some users, however for other users I am able to get all allocations. Also for these users I can see allocations on planner dashboard. 

This is impacting the entire project which I am building to integrate a 3rd party application with Tempo planner.

 

Please help.
