Unable to create test with Zephir - error while loading the page

Hi,

I've created a free cloud instance of Jira to evaluate the main functionality offered by Zephir for Jira cloud.

I've created two Kanban projects (classical), added Zephir app as a trial version and I've enabled Test issue type as in the document https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZFJCLOUD/pages/21757991/Installation

Unfortunately when I try to create a new test from the Zephir app a pop up appears telling me that something went wrong.

Could you please help me in find the problem?
