Unable to attach file in JIRA using zephyr cloud API - Automation

I am trying to follow below API document:

Zephyr Scale for Jira Cloud API (smartbear.com)

 

In this automation part I am trying to do custom attachment. I am trying with both SOAPUI and Ready API, none seems to work. I get 400 error code saying Projectkey cannot be null, however I am passing ProjectKey in my request body. Any suggestion is much appreciated.
