Unable to add TestFLO using trial version of JIRA

Hi, I am using the trial version of JIRA and TestFLO (server).

However, while trying to add TestFLO into JIRA, I am not getting any upload button. Could someone tell me the exact steps or with a screenshot if they have on how to upload a .obr file into trial version of JIRA?

I am using the flow: setting button in the top right corner -> Select Apps

It looks like you are using Jira Cloud.  There is no "upload" for Cloud apps, they are a completely different architecture.  You'll need to click through the marketplace entry until you find the "install" or "connec" option.
