We are unable Unable to Link JIRA tickets from the JIRA on Demand app in Zendesk.

What integration app are you using? It is very hard to give any solid pointers without knowing the specifics of the situation but some good questions to ask yourself are:
Using Exalate, we try to automate this sync totally - if the client wants. This keeps the integration running pretty smoothly.

@Syed Majid Hassan -Exalate- @Ashish Jain - we are having the same issue here.
- It happens to all tickets (while creating a new one from zendesk or while trying to associate an existing one)
- Yes, new connection - we just installed the zendesk/jira apps and looks to work besides of this issue (meaning we can create new jiras from zendesk, see jira issues while searching in zendesk but no join on associating them)
Any thoughts / solution?

My recommendation would be to reach out the vendor in this case unfortunately. There is some documentation for the app available, but I cant see your specific issue the first time of asking.
