Unable to Access ZAPI

Hi Team,

I am tying to automate Test Cycles using ZAPI for executions. When i try to access them i'm getting error as 'An internal error occurred. Please check the host product's logs.'

Please help.

Note: Both Zephyr and Zapi installed in our jira cloud

Parsing the URI with proper parameter values while generating jwt resolves the issue

Hi @Krishna-Kumar.Rajendran . Im facing the same problem. Can you explain with a little more detail what were the changes you had to made for it to work?

It would help me a lot.
