Unable bulkedit labels using HP/Palm Jira Issue Move Enhancements Plugin

I have installed the HP/Palm Jira Issue Move Enhancements Plugin v 3.2 on Jira 4.4.

However when trying to bulkedit the Labels I do not see the "Add", "Overwrite" and "Delete" options as explained in the wiki of the plugin. Are there any additional settings that need to be setup for the options come up.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
