Trying to remove dedicated integration user

We initially setup the Zendesk integration to allow Jira issues to be created directly from the Zendesk UI. During the setup, I selected to use the dedicated integration user. 


Due to our workflow rules, only the reporter can perform review actions, and as no one is the dedicated integration user, no one can act on critical review steps for issues reported via Zendesk.

So, I uninstalled the integration from both Jira and Zendesk and reinstalled, with the hope that I can choose not to use the dedicated integration user, and instead make myself the reporter for all issues logged from Zendesk.

However, when I reinstall and configure the app, there previous connection data is used, and I don't have the ability to remove the dedicated integration user.

How can I clear out the old settings and start from scratch without the dedicated integration user?
