Trying to import Cucumber test cases from CSV

Hello! I am trying to import cucumber type test cases from a CSV, however from the start of the importer I get the message "Please note: only tests of the manual test type will be imported". I have reviewed the issue with an administrator, whose profile has all permissions, and the same thing happens to him. Has anyone else had this happen or do you know why you can only load manual test cases? Have you been able to solve it?
