I configured slack notifications for new tickets with trigger "issue created", it works nicely. However it does not work for issues created via our issue collector. Why not and how to fix?
One way that you could get around it, create a scheduled rule that runs every 5 minutes (For example) use JQL to find issues that have not been "notified" (Create a custom field with radio buttons to say Yes or No) Once you find an issue, send your slack notification and then set the custom field to yes so it doesn't get sent again for that issue type in the next scheduled run
I have the same problem, I want to trigger an email when the issue collector is submitted bit it doesn't seem to trigger automation :(
