Trigger an automation when issue moved from backlog to board

Hi,

TLDR:

I have a Kanban project and I'm looking for a way to change an issue status when it moved from backlog to the board. 

 

I have 2 TO Dos statuses: "New" and "To Do". When creating a new issue, it created in the backlog with "New" status, when moving it to the board, we prioritize it against other issues in the board, but I also want to change its status from "New" to "To Do" automatically.

Is it possible?

Hi Ori,

You could create an automation rule to Transition the issue from New to "To Do" based on some other event.
