Trigger a second ProForma form when the first form is created

Is there a way to to automatically attach a second form to the first form, when the first form is created? Example: User creates form A and once the creation process is complete, form B should be automatically attached to form A and accessible to be viewed.

Hi @Farrukh Botirzoda ðŸ‘‹

There are instructions on adding forms on status change. You can find the ProForma documentation on automation here:

http://links.thinktilt.net/form-automation

Let me know if these instructions help. If not, we can work through how you might get what you need from Automation.

Thank you this is helpful.

@Peter Preston  do you know when this will be available in Jira Service Mgmt now that Proforma is part of native "forms" setup? I don't see anything in our workflow transitions post validators or Rules in the form config that allows for automation or rules to be created.

Thanks!

Hi @Jamie Schwartz - automation is coming out soon for the new native forms features. If you have the ProForma cloud app, you can continue using the ProForma automation.
