Trigger a second ProForma form to be filled in by a different user when the first form is created

Hi I want to set up a proforma form that when completed triggers a second proforma that needs to be filled in by another user and they are notified is this possible

I have an alternative solution Business Process Manager for Jira forms automation

1. Create a new BPM template with steps, Steps are equal to the Jira issue, Add form elements.

2. Repeat as many times, as many forms as you need.

2. Set a blocker. It allows starting a second form, only after the first one is filled.
