Trigger a rule when a specific user transitions a Jira to a new status

Edited

I would like to create rule that is executes when an issue is transitioned to a specific status and the transition is executed by a specific user or users in a specific user group.

I created a rule that is triggered when an issue is transitioned to a Resolved Status, I also added a condition that matches on a custom field in order to execute the rule only for specific issues, but I am unsure if/how I can add add another condition that looks at the user who performed the transition in order to execute the rule only when the particular user or user group performs the transition.

I also looked for triggers that are based on user actions but did not find any.  This is applicable to the cloud version of Jira Automation. Thank you for your insights.

@Christopher Marotta did you ever find a way to do this? Trying to do the same thing now.
