Trying to setup the automation rule by the logic "Close request when the epic is done" or "Transition the REQUEST to DONE if its EPIC is DONE" and can not find the way to do it, can not replicate the rule.
P.S.: Requests we receive in the separated project (service desk) that opens the epic in another project.
