Transition issue of field value = TODAY (scriptrunner or other solution)

Hi All,

i created a custom field called Reopen Issue on

i want to add a condition in my workflow that allows it to transition if

Reopen Issue on = TODAY

but how do i achieve this?

i tried a few things, like:

"Reopen Issue on" = startOfDay()

"Reopen Issue on" == {{now.toStartOfDay}}

"Reopen Issue on" == {{now}}

but all is failing. see img:
