Hi Ramkumar,
You need to have a support ticket in order to attach files to it using the Transfer site. I checked to see if you have any support tickets, and I noticed you created a ticket via the Customer Advocates team.
In your example, you're using ABC-12345. This is invalid. You need to use a valid ticket number that you have logged in our support system that is associated with your email address.
Can you please try that and let me know how it goes?

It's not possible to generate the ticket or token programatically. You'll need to generate the token using the UI at transfer.atlassian.com, and generate a ticket by going to support.atlassian.com.
