Now I have a project in bigGantt and the issues opened in Jira Board are not visible in bigGantt. How can I transfer the issues opened in Jira board to bigGantt?
Hello @Tugba Yıldızhan
In the Scope Definition, you can specify what range of tasks is included in a given Box/Program scope. The Scope Definition section gives many possibilities to adjust the scope of your Program perfectly. One of the ways is adding tasks collected in a Jira Board, as in my image below. Once you save changes, you will see all items from Jira Board in BigGantt.
May I asked you which items you used to define the scope of your BigGantt Program. Please share a screenshot of your Scope definition if possible.
Best,
Anna of SoftwarePlant
My problem was solved when I made the changes you said. Thank you very much.
