Time to SLA plugin upgrade breaks Queues

We recently upgraded our Time to SLA plugin and ever since all of our project queues have vanished, even for some projects where we don't use it.  Disabling the app causes them to re-appear so certainly something with the upgrade is causing this.  Any ideas?

Also here are a few of the errors I see, specifically when trying to import the existing rules we had set
