Time in Status Report

I use Time in Status for Jira Cloud on a dashboard then use Better PDF Reporter for Jira cloud to export the dashboard to a report and supply it to a customer. The dashboard only shows the 11 issues and I need to slide the sidebar down to see more. The report only shows the same 11 issues, is there a way to show all the issues on either the DB or the report?

The report has the ability to show more tasks, but only the settings of the report itself can limit them to 11.

It's most likely that you built the filter/jql to extract tasks incorrectly and there is a need to check it. If it won't help, then please contact our support team and they will definitely help solve this issue.
