I have tried several triggers in automation but unable to find time based triggers i.e.
1- if status is Resolved , automatically closed in next 3 hours.
2- If no one commented on PRIORITY 1 ticket in next 30 minutes then trigger start work
Same like SLA triggers it will execute when timer meets the condition,

This is something that we don't have built-in support for. You can achieve some things using our scheduled triggers and JQL.
Example JQL
status = resolved && status changed BEFORE -3h
status = todo && priority = 1 && updated <= -30m
If you need fancier JQL there may be other add-ons that provide some niceties there.
