I connected the HappyFox product (which has a Jira integration) with our on-prem JIra server. I am running version v8.22.0#822000-sha1:cef2cc4 of Jira. When I type a reporter, it shows the names of users. No matter what I click, when I try to submit an issue, I get this error.
None of the previous articles helped unfortunately.
