We created an automation that clones a ticket in a jira service mgmt project site to another one.
When the clone ticket is made, then we would reply to customer but no notifications is sent out to them. Even if we add them as request participants
Any thoughts on why this maybe happening?

The request type was not selected for the cloned issue.
