The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

Currently I have this problem when I want to manually fill the user picker field. Only if I paste the full name or give the button to open the user search, allows me to do so. But if I want to fill it manually, the window with the message persists

@Sofia Quintero Can you share your steps and screenshots as I have not been able to recreate it.

We realized that the problem is cause about there are users in AD that don´t have an email asociate it
