The Connector installation error

Adrijus Jakulevicius March 13, 2013

Hi,

After The Connector installation (added to Jira home directory), The Connector can not be enabled.

I use manual

http://manual21.the-connector.com/introduction#installation

This plugin could not be loaded by the plugins system. It has one or more errors which prevent it from being enabled.

I am trying Jira and Connector trial version on my computer.

Where I can find these error description?

I have answer from The Connector support line:

JIRA 5 has an Application Data folder with the plugins folder you need.

C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\plugins\installed-plugins

I have this same error... what did you do to fix it? I don't understand this answer.

Hi,

This tool has much more errors and weak support. I don't suggest to use it.

I did not receive answers to my questions from the support line.

Ok, what does the log file say? What errors are you seeing?
