Hi all,
I have created a team managed project in Jira software with XRay integration. I made all the necessary settings for the project and XRay integration and everything worked fine.
I created a few different issue types, including a test and a test plan. I put all of that into a sprint and used it to test my previously created workflows.
At that point, I was able to open the test panel and see my test case there.
After those tests, I deleted the test plan and tried to open the test panel again. From that point on, I could not see anything in that panel.
This is only for my user account, but not for others. They all can still see the test panel.
When I looked in the debugger view of my Chrome browser, I could see a 404 (not found) response executing a GET request to my Jira server, and the next was a 400 (bad request) response executing a GET request to the xray.cloud.xxx.xxx. server.
after that nothing happened (the load icon runs endlessly).
I tried to clear the cache
I tried another browser (Firefox)
I tried from another computer
nothing worked for me
Any ideas what else I could do?
I am appreciated for any help
