TestRail integration not working in Firefox

Hello,

We are encountering the same problem as in this post: post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Jira-You-are-not-yet-logged-in-to-TestRail-Please-log-in-to-use/qaq-p/1823891 

Except it is with Firefox and not Chrome.

I am not finding the Application > Developer Tools > Cookies option in Firefox, and while there is a Cookies option under Inspector, it does not show anything for TestRail.

Does anyone know of a fix for Firefox that will prevent the "You are not logged into TestRail" issue?

Hi Marian! I had the same issue. This is related to strict cookies policy on Firefox, it is now by default blocking all cross-site cookies.

You need to setup and exception for your JIRA and Testrails domain.

Steps:

1. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security (about:preferences#privacy)
   
2. Find a section Cookies and Site Data
   
3. Click on Manage Exceptions...
4. Type your Atlassian server URL (https://yourcompany.atlassian.net) and click on Allow
5. Type your TestRail server URL (https://yourcompany.testrail.net) and click on Allow
6. Save Changes
7. Reload the tab with JIRA ticket
