TestRail Fields not listed in the Filters

Hi,
we integrated TestRail plugin in Jira. and the fields are looking good in the issues like TestRail: Cases and TestRail: Runs but in the filters, these fields are not listing can you please help me to get the fields in the JQL filters. or please guide me on how to change or where to change the configuration for getting the fields proper in the filter. Thanks in advance.
