Hi,

Has this issue been solved?

We have a similar issue where the user entered data on the test scripts (steps 28 - 50) but that data was not saved.

The section for the tests is called Zephyr Scale.

Regard,

Shravya

Hi @dkshra

I would suggest contacting the vendor - you can see their support details on the support tab of their Marketplace listing.

Hi @ISHA RAJPUT

Where are you writing these test steps? We'll need a little more information to assist here :)

In the Test Details section. After entering data, I am clicking the checkbox but somehow, the comments are not getting saved.

Also, I had no issues before writing steps until today,

Hi @ISHA RAJPUT

Natively, there isn't a Test Details section. Is this an app you're using?

A screenshot might help to identify what this refers to.
