Test Details Section in Zephyr trial

Hi, I have started test of Zephyr trial version.

I have created tests but don't see Test Details section so I can't define Test steps.

I have similar issues. Don't see the Test details section and the import utility keeps throwing 401 error. What was the solution for this issue?

Hi Emily,

Two issues:

1. 1. TEST DETAILS section

Please find the screen shot with the created Test Case.

- - It was possible to complete Summary (Title of the Test case) section.

- - It was not possible to describe subsequent steps of the test case – the section Test Details is on Zephyr presentation.

Looks like the Zephyr functionality is not fully active for me.

Please kindly give me indications how can I input information about:

- - Subsequent test steps

- - Test Data

- - Expected Result

2. 2. Using the Zephyr for JIRA Tests Importer Utility

I have 1500 test cases (with sub-steps and test data) to be uploaded to Zephyr for JIRA

I have downloaded the application and started testing - unfortunately with negative result.

I did some mapping from excel to indicated by the tool fields - negative result (attached screen shot).

Please kindly provide me with your support.
