Tempo timesheet is down in jira cloud or not working

Im still facing same issue after making below changes. Can someone help??

Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions and make sure that the “atlassian-addons-admin” group has the "Browse users and groups" Permission.

Raised ticket, support is not able to do anything:

Raised ticket with Atlassian cloud as well, they also didn't respond?

I have raised P1 ticket with atlassian cloud to have a quicker solution, but no response even after 12hrs.

Hey @Mahender Bogi ,

We cant see the content of those tickets so could you write out your issue here a bit more in detail?

Depending on what the issue is it might be the responsibility of Atlassian or Tempo.

@Dirk Ronsmans

please find the details below from tempo & atlassian

  • Hi Mohammed
We looked deeper into the logs and this morning when we try to enable the time tracking module for this instance we get an error message from Atlassian:

    client id: 8021f0fc-23d3-4449-84a9-416cdbc286fb
    http status from Atlassian: 400
error response from Atlassian: The provided time tracking module key does not exist

    Hi Mohammed

When the customer re-installed the addon this morning it looks like the base plugin was not installed as well, Tempo only got a lifecycle event for the addon, not for the base plugin.

    Best regards,

@Dirk Ronsmans  tempo addon suddenly stopped working and upon reaching tempo support they advised me to uninstall and reinstall the addon, said that there wont be any data loss for it. I did that but issue is still persisting, finally they told Atlassian needs to look at their end.

Atlassian is not able to figure out too, its still between both. In between we are blocked on this from past 3days.

I dont know if theres something got changed in JIra, I see issues with xray addon as well today. Raised ticket with xray support.

Tempo  - Its been 3days now.

Xray addon - It started today - Not able to load test case steps in a test case. This was working fine till afternoon today.
