anyone know how best to link up outlook calendars and the tempo timesheet planner? two way sync so we can allow team meetings etc from outlook to block out the appropriate time in Jira
We are looking for the same solution for Outlook 2013 or higher.
Maybe we have to create a feature request at Tempo and vote for it?

I asked them to create a feature request on https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/15
I'll post the answer here (if I receive one).

Here is the answer I received from their support:
This has been requested by some users already and management is already working on it. We really do not have any voting system and there isn't any way to track request but please keep on tracking our latest news page. All new features and and news come up there.
So wait and see...

I was able to set up the Outlook 365 integration today.

@nrogalskiyhow nice! 😁
I'm getting errors in the requests Jira is making after setting it up. When giving access to my Office 365 it also responded with an error.:
"code":"ERROR_MAKING_REQUEST", "message":"Encountered an error when making a request to the calendar provider.",
"httpStatus":404,
Also, how to uninstall it? I would like to try installing it again to see if something went wrong by accident.

Is this going to happen!? It would make Tempo much more functional. Also, you should be able to select the days for recurring meetings, as in just MWF.

Same need here; very looking forward to this demand.
This feature is a must if you want to use Tempo for planning work (while having many meetings)!
I have countless examples of people (painfully) trying to plan work with Outlook events, while it would be way more powerful with Tempo (with synced meetings)...

Agree. Having this functionality would make my life so much more convenient.

Same here, it would be a great help to get my planned time from Tempo into Outlook.

Same for us, we require an interface to integrate tempo my work and planner with Office 365 by using the serverversion of tempo.
Would increase the user acceptance if it is working.

I'm voting for something similar to the OP. My org also uses Jira Tempo for time tracking and also Microsoft Office 365 Ecosystem for everything else.
I don't see the point of seeing time planned and logged in the calendar, but I do think it would be extremely useful to be able to sync "Planned work" Tempo items with Microsoft tasks accessible via TODO and populate "My Day" and "Planned Work" accordingly.
Fully syncing calendar to Tempo sheet is one way to achieve this, but if there are any intermediate solutions that will get the above working without full calendar syncing, I'd be on board.
