Tempo account field is blank

We have set up new boards for a client and have linked the account to each of the new boards, however when we go to create a ticket, there are no options showing in the dropdown in the Account field.

I have checked another of the boards for the same account, which has the same permission scheme so this isn't the issue.

I have checked the tempo account link both in tempo and in the board and the account shows.

I did leave it overnight to see if it was just a time delay but it still hasn't resolved 12 hours later.

Please help as it's causing us difficulties internally.
