Tempo Timesheet logs disappeared

All worklogs have disappeared from Tempo timesheet even though it is activated

Members cannot submit hours on an issue either  

Other posts have suggested it could be an indexing issue with Tempo

This is the second time its happened but the first we've had trouble recovering it

Please advise if you have any ideas!

To help you identify what might be the root cause of this problem and by that help you with the resolution, we recommend that you add a ticket in our support portal

Hi Aliosha,

 

The tempo support portal is not allowing me to login/ recover credentials so I cannot write a support ticket.


Is there a number a can call do get this sorted out as it is urgent for us?

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately we do not provide support over phone, it is only provided through the support portal.

Please refer to this KB and try to reset your password in a private window: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/1173618735/How+to+reset+My+Tempo+Support+Portal+password

You could also create a new account with a different e-mail address.
