Tempo Timesheet become uneditable, please support asap.

HI all, 

We installed the Tempo APP and screen become like this, not editable?

Any solutions?

Can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this problem?

Information about the steps to reproduce this problem, the browser you are using and if it affects all users can be helpful. 

Can you please also let us know if a hard refresh of this view makes any difference (Windows: Shift +F5 or MacOS hold down Shift and click the Reload button)

Hi Susanne Götz,

 

Thanks for reply, this is only 1/38 users have this problem and we are curretly in trial version so have no liscense key to create the tickets. 

So could you check with your team if there is any setteing which may cause this?

Hi @Jui Yuan Huang

There is no setting in Tempo that should cause your My Work view to becoming unresponsive. 

When you are using a trial license on Cloud, you do have a License SEN number/ Entitlement number. 

To see this information, please go to JIRA, Settings, Apps and select "Manage apps" in the sidebar. In this view, expand the "Timesheets" section to see this information.. (See also https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/2807955457/How+do+I+find+my+Tempo+and+Prime+Timesheet+SEN+number+and+EN+Entitlement+number).

Another quick question, we currently bought an TEMPO sheets in the trial since last month, Do you know where can I check the License expires and to renew it?

Hi @Jui Yuan Huang

You can see the status of your app licenses in JIRA Settings, Apps, Manage apps, then  expand the app to see the license information. 

As Cloud licenses are subscriptions, your license should get renewed automatically. In case your license is not renewed automatically, you will need to contact Atlassian, as they are handling all our licenses (support.atlassian.com).

do you maybe have an addblocker installed in your browser? Seems like it's trying to show a popup/screen which can't  come through
