For some reason after upgrade plugin to Version 8.12.1 users don't receive any email notification about rejecting or approving tempo period from the reviewer.
Has anyone had this problem?
This problem occurs when approving/ rejecting the Timesheet from the Timesheet view.
As a workaround, can you please use the Approval Report to do this. The "Approve" link in the email that is send when a user submits his Timesheet redirects to this view (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TEMPO/pages/172785781/Timesheet+Approval+report)
Having the same problem. I used to receive notifications by email but for a reason i do not receice them anymore.
I tried changing the email and it worked but the email used is a personal one.
I cannot use my work one.
I tried by creating another account on trello with my work email and I still do not receive notifications.
