Tempo Reports for open tickets

Hallo,

I generate monthly invoices via Tempo Reports for various Jira projects.

In one project I noticed that only tickets that have been completed appear in the report.

In other projects, the reports also show the costs of open tickets as I would like them to be.

Where can I set this? Unfortunately, I can't find any differences to the projects that could indicate this.
