I’m having a problem using cascading drop-down menus with Divinti Issue Templates.
When I place the desired options while creating the template, the selections are all there as they should be and the selections are saved normally. But when I use the template, it only applies the first option, all the secondary drop-down menus remain blank.
Is there a guide on how to set up a cascading drop-down menu with Issue Templates? It’s probably just a problem with the way I’m doing it or have the fields or screens configured. What might cause the first selection to apply but not the second?
I’m using Issue Templates for Jira Server version 8.3.0
And I’m on Jira Data Center 8.20.6
