Team Member not showing in Tempo Report

When going to Tempo>Teams and selecting my team, looking at time tracking I see work logged by one of the team members Matt. But when going to Tempo>Reports selecting Team Report, selecting my team, and breaking down worklogs within that team by User -- Matt does not appear!

I am very confused by this as all of the other Team Members appear in both places. Any thoughts on how I could troubleshoot this?

Hi,

without any detailed screenshots it is hard to judge. I recommend that you submit a support ticket against the Tempo support team.
