Task/Sub-Task being created even after the schedule deletion

Hello There,

I was trying "The Scheduler" and created a bunch of tasks and sub-tasks under these.

I then scheduled their occurrence and they were working fine. However, I later deleted those schedules (but did not deactivate them or sub-tasks). I am still receiving notifications they are being created and closed by the assignee.

Could you please help me understand what have I done wrong? I want to remove them completely.

Did you try contacting the vendor of the app? Is this the app you were using?

I'm from the team behind The Scheduler, I've checked release history and I don't see anything related to such behaviour, maybe this was a temporary glitch ;)
