Talk plugin - why can some comments only be "archived" and not "removed"

I found a problem in confluence, which is related to resolving comments via "Talk plugin". Normally I can choose to "remove" or to "archieve" the comments, but newly there are some which do not work (they can only be "archieved") and not "remove". When I click on "remove" the following errror message appears:

Warning! An error has occurred in Talk Add-on. See log for details.

Knows someone the reason for this behavior?
