Take photo on phone and create an issue

Would like to know if any of mobile adata-ons for JIRA support this scenario that we need for our safety service.

User sees an incident, takes photo with a phone, starts JIRA create issue on the phone, can select photo as attachment, fills some fields including custom fields, the gps coordinates of photo are also saved to custom fields.

let us know if you support this features and if not all of them which ones.

I realize this is a very old post. I am working to clear out some of the old questions that are unanswered. Currently there is certainly a Jeera app for iOS and android. You can use that app to create issues on your phone and you can attach images from your photo library. Another option would be to set up create issue by email and from your phone send an email to that address with the attached photo.
