Can we generate Table of content from a table?

Welcome to Community!

If you're talking about Confluence, you can build a native Confluence table and create a table of contents out of it, provided you use heading styles in your table. This will not work if you use simple text.

please hint for what product / app you are asking. Assuming this is for confluence, you can format text in tables as headings and this will lead to a TOC created by the "table of content" macro.
