Synchronizer attempts to use https which fails

Gary Brown September 26, 2016

Hello, we specify synchronizer url in profile as http://jira.myco.com.  But when we attempt to synchronize, the top of the resulting log file shows a failure using https.  From the log: Unable to connect to URL: https://jira.myco.com/rest/api/latest/project/?_=636103978957233089.  Then I paste this url in a browser window as http://jira.myco.com/rest/api/latest/project/?_=636103978957233089, it is successful.

Apparently, clearing the synchronizer cache fixed the problem.

Thanks.

Hey Gary,

Could you give me a little more details about the problem? Are you trying to create a new profile using the wizard or do you have an existing profile? Are you sure that this is not some old error (most recent logs are at the bottom)?

Regards,
Michał
