Sync Jira App with email notifications

The Issue:

  • I use the Jira app to go over the tickets, reply, comment, etc
  • But my email keep all the notifications received for those same tickets was unread messages
  • So I can keep track in my email, of what tickets where already attended

The Challenge:

  •  Is there a way to sync the app and the email, so those notifications I address on the app, are marked as "Read" on my email inbox?
