Swap issue display location of Checklist and Child Issue list?

We are working in a next-gen project and would like to have the Checklist section display above the Child Issues (subtasks) list section on the issue.

I did a lot of searching on help articles, etc. and while I know how to edit the order of fields displayed on an issue type, I can't find where to change the display order of the Checklist and Child Issues sections.

Hi, 

If your checklist is a plugin for Jira Cloud, then it is not possible to change the location in New Issue View. 

But, you can push Atlassian to add this possibility. Just comment and watch this ticket: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACJIRA-1561
